Kenneth J. Fleischer was born in 1951, in Chicago. He graduated from Washington University Law School in St. Louis, Missouri (a U.S. News and World Report top ten school) in 1976. He received his Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of Illinois, in 1973, with High Honors in Liberal Arts and with Highest Distinction in Political Science. Mr. Fleischer earned three varsity letters while at the University of Illinois and was on the Big Ten Championship Fencing Team in 1971.
Mr. Fleischer is a member of the Illinois State Bar and the Federal Bar for the Northern District of Illinois. He has been a member of the American Trial Lawyers Association, the Illinois Trial Lawyers Association, and the Illinois State Bar Association. His practice has been exclusively within the Chicago Metropolitan area since 1976.
Mr. Fleischer commenced his legal career as an Assistant Public Defender with the Cook County Public Defender’s office in 1976 through 1977. Since 1978, Mr. Fleischer has concentrated his career in seeking compensation for persons injured due to the negligence of others.
